Now, of course, Büchi already had pressure reactors made of Hastelloy in its portfolio. But recently, it is even possible to order your reactor in tantalum. This type of metal is characterised by excellent corrosion and temperature resistance. The tantalum reactors are available from laboratory to pilot scale.
As with all Büchi reactors, tantalum reactors can be assembled to meet your requirements and process specifications. Due to the modular design of these ‘multipurpose’ reactors, they can be adapted to new specifications and processes at any time.
The Versoclave is a medium-sized, versatile laboratory reactor for interchangeable metal pressure reactors with optional fast shutdown and reactor lift. Visual control during your process is possible through the sight glasses in the reactor. With quick closure and reactor lift, you can easily operate even heavy reactors.
Various low to high torque magnetic drives ensure efficient mixing and stirring of low to high viscosity process media and exceptional heat transfer.
