Wilten Instruments has decided to end the premium dealership for Velp Scientifica-products effectively 1 December 2019. This decision was not easy to make after 25 years of partnerschip, says director Gerard Wilten, in a explanation: “Our goal is to create a successful, mutual partnership which is based on trust and open communication. The marketing and sales policy from Velp Scientifica is not consistent with the policy and objectives from Wilten Instruments.”
Outstanding orders
This decision is irrevocable and Velp Scientifica has been made responsible for all technical back-up and support effectively 1 December 2019. All the contacts with outstanding orders of Velp Scientifica-products within the customer base of Wilten Instruments have been informed about this decision. De beëindiging van het premiumdealership
Wilten Instrumenten heeft besloten het premiumdealerschap voor VELP Scientifica per 1 december 2019 te beëindigen. Het marketing- en verkoopbeleid van Velp Scientifica strookt niet met ons beleid in onze doelstellingen.”
Openstaande orders
Deze beslissing is onherroepelijk en Velp Scientifica is vanaf 1 december 2019 verantwoordelijk voor alle technische back-up en ondersteuning. De contacten met uitstaande orders van Velp Scientifica-producten binnen het klantenbestand van Wilten Instrumenten zijn reeds geïnformeerd over dit noodzakelijke besluit.
