Isabel Muñoz-Willery and Roberto Castelnovo, owners of the consultancy firm NL42 Consulting and organizers of Paperless Lab Academy® – the international event that attracts more than 250 attendees between sponsors and visitors from all over Europe and beyond-, are in this time of the year busy planning the #PLA2020 edition of the congress, acknowledged by Gartner & Accenture as “THE” European Lab Informatics event, a tradeshow with more than 30 specialized solutions and services providers.
Data-driven technologies are changing and shaping organizational processes and business models influencing the way knowledge is managed at individual, organizational and interdepartmental level.

The location? For the third year in a raw, the podium has been earned by the Italians: it has been an easy decision though, thanks to the positive feedback gathered from attendees, visitors and sponsors of the 2018 and 2019 editions. Easy to reach by train from Germany and Switzerland and by flight to the Milan Malpensa international airport, the Grand Hotel Dino in Baveno – Lake Maggiore – will be the venue to host #PLA2020.
