Our client wanted not only heating and dosing, but also easy access to the vessel after filling. Suurmond was asked to come up with a solution.
Our engineers designed an integrated system where the reactor vessel and feeder are built together on a frame. The feeder is mounted on straight guides for smooth axial movement — practical and ergonomic. In addition, the system features automation with emergency stop for maximum safety.
