The robust Heavy Duty Analytical Sieve Shaker from FRITSCH

The ANALYSETTE 18 is the robust Heavy Duty Analytical Sieve Shaker from FRITSCH. It effortlessly sieves up to 15 kg of material between 20 μm and 125 mm. Specially designed for processing of large sieving quantities, it intentionally avoids the disadvantages of lighter sieve shakers in which the sample and sieve weights can sometimes significantly affect the sieving results. The three-dimensional sieving motion ensures particularly fast sieving results without manual re-sieving, and also optimal reproducibility. The ANALYSETTE 18 allows the use in pilot line production or for serial analysis of large quantities and can be used as testing equipment in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.

Especially reproducible, comfortable, efficient
There is always a constant amplitude due to the automatic amplitude control with continuous acceleration measurement of the whole sieve stack. Through a separate, handy operating unit, the ANALYSETTE 18 is especially comfortable to control. Up to 12 test sieves (65 mm height) with diameters of 300 – 450 mm resp. 12″– 18″ with sieve pans and lids can be used per working cycle making it possible to work very efficiently.

Thanks to the quick fastening system TwinNut, which ensures constant tensioning pressure and stability of the sieve stack and enables quick and easy sieve changes. Practical and safe!
