Recognized as Company of the Year and Product of the Year recently, we continue to expand our Professional Services organization and are now seeking a committed and analytical Technical Sales Specialist.
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will provide direct technical support to the regional Sales Manager and, as needed, the wider sales organization to ensure that prospective customer requirements are understood and addressed effectively. This role includes product demonstrations on-site, remotely, and at trade shows; participation in conference calls, red carpet meetings, and other client-facing interactions; and close collaboration with sales, marketing, product management, and professional services. You will act as a bridge between Sales and Professional Services to help ensure a smooth transition for clients after the sale while also contributing market insight and technical leadership in the life sciences space.
