Clinisys, a global provider of laboratory informatics solutions, has announced the general availability of Clinisys Laboratory Solution (CLS) v2025.3, the latest release of its unified platform for healthcare, scientific, and public health laboratories. The new version introduces enhancements designed to help laboratories streamline operations, improve visibility, and support future growth.

CLS v2025.3 expands the platform’s capabilities with updates across configuration, interoperability, analytics, cloud deployment, and governed artificial intelligence. The release supports Clinisys’ vision of a connected laboratory environment that brings together workflows, data, and insights within a single platform.

A key focus of the release is the continued integration of AI into laboratory workflows. Built within a governed and traceable framework, CLS enables laboratories to apply intelligence to operational activities such as quality monitoring, resource utilization, and workflow optimization while maintaining transparency and oversight.

The release also builds on the launch of CLS CARE, a governed AI assistant, which helps users access validated system information through natural language queries. As a crucial step in Clinisys’s broader AI platform strategy, CLS CARE delivers practical value today while establishing the intelligence layer that will evolve to support advanced insights, workflow orchestration, and decision support over time.

Additional updates include a modernized approach to workflow configuration, enhancements to cloud architecture, expanded support for clinical and genomic workflows, and integration with the SciNote electronic laboratory notebook (ELN). Together, these capabilities can help laboratories improve efficiency, promote standardization, and maintain traceability across the laboratory lifecycle.

“With CLS v2025.3, we continue to advance our vision of a unified laboratory platform that connects data, workflows, and insight,” said Anthony Ventress, Chief Product Officer, Clinisys. “This release reflects our commitment to helping laboratories simplify adoption, strengthen interoperability, and scale confidently—while maintaining the governance and assurance required in regulated settings.”
