LabMakelaar Benelux B.V. strives for a world with a strong circular economy. Our ambition is that it becomes a standard to re-use laboratory equipment and furniture (upcycling). With upcycling, the materials, unlike with recycling, are not yet separated and the product is re-used in its entirety.
A circular economy is also aimed at re-using products while maintaining quality and value. This needs less raw materials for production, it will save money, reduce residual waste and you act environmentally conscious.
With this, Labmakelaar Benelux wants to be seen as an ambassador of upcycling in the laboratory design industry. One first looks within the circular laboratory range for the equipment needed to set up the laboratory. Only when it’s not possible to find it second hand, you start looking for new.

What is MVO Nederland (CSR Netherlands)?
CSR Netherlands is the Centre of Excellence for Dutch companies that are striving towards corporate social responsibility. More than 2000 companies are affiliated with this networking organization. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an integral vision of sustainable business practices. CSR Netherlands’ approach to CSR is based on the European Commission’s definition: corporate social responsibility refers to companies taking responsibility for their impact on society.
