Laboratories increasingly work with multiple climate chambers, ovens, and incubators. At the same time, the need for reliable process data and fast notifications is growing. Memmert addresses these needs with myChamber, a digital ecosystem for connected laboratories.

myChamber connects equipment, data, and users within one digital environment. This provides greater insight into ongoing processes and equipment status. Processes can also be monitored and managed remotely.

Four solutions within myChamber

The myChamber platform consists of four solutions. Each one supports a specific part of digital laboratory management.

myChamber Monitoring App

The myChamber Monitoring App allows processes to be monitored remotely using a smartphone. Real-time data and notifications are therefore available even when users are away from the laboratory.

Users can receive notifications when deviations or alarms occur. This can help laboratories respond more quickly when a process does not perform as expected.

myChamber Control

myChamber Control brings equipment and processes together in one central dashboard. Multiple Memmert devices can be monitored and managed from a single interface.

The software supports real-time monitoring, program management and user rights. Notifications can also be configured for deviations and alarms. For regulated applications, the solution can be extended with electronic signatures and an audit trail for 21 CFR Part 11.

myChamber LIMS

myChamber LIMS connects Memmert equipment to a LIMS. Relevant process data can be collected automatically and transferred in a standardized CSV format.

This reduces manual data entry and supports consistent documentation and improved traceability of process data.

myChamber Link

myChamber Link provides an open interface for integrating Memmert equipment with other systems and workflows within the laboratory.

The digital solutions are designed for both existing Memmert equipment and newer generations of devices. This makes it possible to expand a digital setup step by step.

What does this mean for the laboratory?

Digitalization should provide practical benefits. myChamber can help laboratories make processes more transparent and identify deviations more quickly.

Key benefits include:

  • Real-time insight into ongoing processes.
  • Faster notifications when deviations or alarms occur.
  • Central management of multiple Memmert devices.
  • Less manual data entry for process information.
  • Improved traceability of process and measurement data.
  • LIMS integration for connected laboratory workflows.
  • Flexible expansion from individual devices to larger installations.

For laboratories with multiple Memmert devices, central management can be particularly valuable. A single overview makes it easier to understand the current status of equipment and processes.

From equipment to a complete solution

Digital solutions do not operate separately from the laboratory equipment. The Memmert model, configuration and digital options should match the process and requirements.

Dijkstra Vereenigde supports laboratories from equipment selection through commissioning. Product specialists help determine the right equipment, performance, and options for the application. Technical service can support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Support is also available for calibration, qualification, and user training. This helps keep both the equipment and the associated laboratory processes reliable.

For laboratories using multiple Memmert devices, myChamber can be an interesting step towards greater insight, control, and continuity.
