Reduce the workload in your lab
Synchron’s TubeFilling and Tube2Plate systems are specifically designed to reduce the workload in any laboratory. Two cooperating, high-speed industrial robotic arms automate the repetitive tasks in your lab, while reducing the risk of human errors. Simply insert the sample tubes containing wet or dry seed in the TubeFilling system to add your liquids. After incubation, the rack with samples can directly be placed into the Tube2Plate system. The Tube2Plate system transfers the samples from the tubes into a 96 deep well plate using disposable tips, eliminating contamination between samples.

Easy integration
The Flexibility of the TubeFilling and Tube2Plate systems ensures an easy integration in your Agro workflow. Both systems can be individually controlled using a Human Machine Interface (HMI). The HMI provides the ability to customize machine parameters such as: dispensing volume, crop type and duplo transferring of the sample. Barcode scanners can be integrated to connect with an existing LIMS database.
